The Dip’s Dip

Ingredients:

8 ounces softened cream cheese (can use low fat type)
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2 tablespoons pesto sun-dried tomato (quality brands only with real parmesan and pine nuts)
2 tablespoons finely chopped marinated artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted red bell peppers
2 tablespoons finely chopped pine nuts

Method:

Mix all ingredients together well.
Chill for 1/2 hour or more.
Garnish with 1 sliced black olive.
Serve with favourite savory crackers.
